Customs duties apply per Moroccan regulations. We handle all the formalities. The amount is calculated on the declared value and added to the total.
The 5kg minimum reflects the fixed cost of processing and shipping a package regardless of its actual size. If your package weighs 2kg, you pay 5kg × €4 + €20 = €40.
The actual weight is rounded up to the next kg (e.g. 2.3kg → 3kg), then the 5kg minimum is applied. Formula: max(5, ceil(weight)) × €4 + €20.
