Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MaroShip and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including visitors, registered customers, and third parties.
Description of Services
MaroShip provides a package forwarding service from Europe and the United States to Morocco. Our services include:
• Providing a personal delivery address in Europe
• Receiving, inspecting, and consolidating your packages
• Shipping your packages to Morocco
• Real-time tracking of your shipments
• Handling customs formalities
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out from your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MaroShip cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Pricing and Billing
Our rates are displayed on the Pricing page of our website. Prices are in euros (€) and include:
• Service fee: €20 per shipment
• Shipping fee: €4/kg (minimum 5kg billed)
• Customs duties: according to applicable Moroccan regulations
Billable weight is rounded up to the nearest kilogram. Maximum accepted dimensions are 60×30×40cm. Oversized packages are subject to a custom quote.
MaroShip reserves the right to change its rates at any time. Rate changes apply to new shipments only.
Prohibited Items
It is strictly prohibited to ship the following items via MaroShip:
• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, compressed gases)
• Loose lithium batteries (not integrated into a device)
• Weapons, ammunition, and military items
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Prescription medications without documentation
• Perishable food items
• Protected animal and plant species
• Any item whose import is prohibited in Morocco
In case of non-compliance, MaroShip reserves the right to refuse the shipment, retain the package, and charge storage or disposal fees.
Limitation of Liability
MaroShip is committed to handling your packages with care. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:
• Loss or damage occurring during international transit
• Delays due to customs inspections
• Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
In the event of proven loss or damage, our liability is limited to the declared value of the package, up to €500 per shipment, unless additional insurance has been taken out.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. MaroShip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or abusive use of our services.
Upon termination, ongoing shipments will be processed to completion. Any funds owed to you will be refunded within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
