MaroShip is a package forwarding service that gives you a delivery address in Europe. You shop at any online store (Amazon, Zara, ASOS…), your packages arrive at our warehouse, and we ship them to Morocco.

If you order from multiple merchants, we group all your packages into a single shipment to Morocco. This reduces shipping costs and simplifies tracking.
Yes. We have addresses in both Europe and the United States. During registration, you choose the warehouse you prefer.
Delivery & tracking
Typically 10–14 business days after your package is received at our warehouse. Times may vary depending on origin and customs clearance.
Once your package is shipped, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status in real time from your account or the /track page.
Yes. We deliver to all cities in Morocco: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tangier and many more.
The courier leaves a delivery notice. You can reschedule the delivery or pick up your package at a partner collection point.
Customs & prohibited items
Customs duties apply according to Moroccan regulations, based on the declared value and nature of the items. We handle all customs formalities on your behalf.
We use the purchase price shown on the merchant's invoice. It's important to declare the real value to avoid any customs hold.
Prohibited items include: hazardous materials (loose lithium batteries, flammable liquids), weapons and ammunition, counterfeit goods, prescription-free medicines, perishable food, and protected animal species. If in doubt, contact our support before purchasing.
Perishable food is not accepted. Some non-perishable, packaged products may be accepted under certain conditions. Contact us to verify.
Pricing & billing
The rate is €4/kg with a minimum billed weight of 5kg. Weight is rounded up to the next kg. Example: a 2.3kg package is billed at 5kg × €4 = €20 in shipping.
A flat €20 service fee is charged per shipment. It covers reception, inspection, photos, weighing, and consolidation of your packages at our warehouse.
Maximum dimensions are 60cm × 30cm × 40cm. Beyond that, a custom quote is required. Contact us for oversized shipments.
No. The price shown in the estimator is the final price excluding customs. Any applicable customs duties are shown separately before shipment confirmation.
An insurance option is available on Plus and Pro plans. It covers the declared value in case of loss or damage during transit.
Support & refunds
Our team is available 7 days a week via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We typically respond within 24 business hours.
Take photos of the package and its contents upon receipt, then contact our support within 48 hours. We'll open a case and guide you through the claims process.
You can cancel a shipment as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. Once in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible.
Once a refund is approved, the transfer is made within 5–10 business days to the payment method used at the time of the order.
